HFFS Pouch Machine

This series of machines is fully automatic HFFS type for Pouches Doypacks. The machine takes a reel of film, forms a pouch, fills it with product (with help of a dosing machine), seals it and outputs finished pouches. Zip device can be added to the machine if you need a pouch with zip. With different optional features, it can also do Shaped Die Cutting, Date Coding, Gas Flushing, Euro-slot, vacuum pack, etc.

They are suitable to form, fill and seal Pillow Bag, Gusset Bag, Doypack, Stand-up Pouch, Zip Pouch, Spout Pouch, Shaped Pouch etc.

These machines are the most efficient and economical to run because you don’t have to buy the expensive pre-made pouch. Simplex model makes one pouch each time and Duplex mode makes two pouches each time.

12. Machine base are made from mild steel coated with epoxy paint and then covered with stainless steel. All food contact parts are made of stainless steel or food hygienic plastic material. Some parts are made of anode oxidized aluminum.
